Become a Non-Smoker

Hypnotherapy is for anyone that wants to Stop Smoking and become a Non-Smoker NOW.

Congratulations if you are reading this!  You have the desire and motivation to Stop Smoking.

Motivation is very important when starting a smoking cessation program.
You must Want to Stop Smoking.

Smoking is usually based on a psychological reason for smoking, more than just the nicotine habit.

Did you know there is sugar in cigarettes?  Sugar is the most addictive drug in the world.

On my program, we go through the reasons for smoking.  We eliminate the reason(s) for smoking.

What are the associations that actually drive you to smoke cigarettes?

Some people only smoke when they are drinking alcohol, some smoke when they are wanting to relax, some smoke because of the addiction to nicotine,  some because of the addiction to sugar (yes.. cigarettes have sugar, as addictive as the nicotine), some smoke to take a break at work, (otherwise they wouldn't get a break)  some smoke when they are angry or bored, some smoke because they want the stimulant to perk themselves up,  and some smoke in fear of gaining weight.  Do any of these reasons sound familiar to you?

There is not one reason that you cannot stop smoking, IF you want to stop smoking.

Can you list any reasons why it is good for you to smoke?

Is it good for your health?
Does it make you feel physically good?
Do you like standing outside smoking, when everyone else is inside having a great time?
Do you like the way you smell, after a cigarette?  Your clothes, your hair, your breath?
Do you like the way your food tastes after smoking a cigarette? Can you even taste the flavor of the food?
Do you like coughing, fatigue, shortness of breath?
Do you like having something control you?  Cigarettes control your life.

There are no good reasons to smoke.

There are approximately 600 ingredients in cigarettes.  When burned they create over 4,000 chemicals.  At least 50 of these are known to cause cancer and many many are poisonous.
